Delete your CallTuneAI account
Your CallTuneAI account is the same account you use in the PREYR app. Deleting it removes both.
From the PREYR app
- Open PREYR and go to Setup.
- Tap your profile at the top of the screen.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm twice.
Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed
Email us at support@calltuneai.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.
What is on your phone stays on your phone
Your sounds, your sequences and your field log are stored on your phone. Deleting your account does not remove them from the device. If you want those gone as well, delete the app.

- Your account and your profile
- Photos and video you uploaded
- Anything Brain remembered about you personally
What we keep, and why
Sound files we produced for you. We keep the audio we generated, linked to your account, so that we are able to answer a copyright claim if one is ever raised about a sound. This is set out in our Terms of Service.
A record of who made them. We keep your email address with those sound files, for the same reason, so that we can identify who made a sound if a claim is raised. It is used for nothing else, and we will not email you again after your account is deleted. We keep it for three years, then remove it.
What our systems learned. Notes and conversations are kept as text that is no longer linked to your account, along with the analysis our systems produced from your sounds. This is how our tools improve for everyone who uses them. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy explain how we use this material.
We keep the sound files and what our systems learned for as long as we operate CallTuneAI and PREYR.
