support@calltuneai.comA few things that solve most of what comes in. If none of it helps, email us and say what phone or browser you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. That detail alone usually saves a day of back and forth.
Pair the device in your phone's own Bluetooth settings first, and make sure it is connected there, before you open the app and pick it as your output. A device that is paired but not connected will not show up as somewhere to play to.
Your sounds, your board, your stands and your kill log live on the phone, so they keep working with no bars. If something in the app is asking you to get online, that part needs a connection on purpose, and it is worth telling us which part.
Check the spam folder first, and check that the address you typed is the one you signed up with. If it still has not come through, email support and we will sort the account out by hand.
Anything to do with billing, what your plan includes, or a purchase that did not unlock what it should have: email us. Do not wait it out. Include the email address on the account and we will look it up.
You can ask us to delete your files at any time by writing to support. What we store, how long we keep it, and what we do with it is all set out in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
