• AI Processing: Anthropic - powers Brain and other AI features

These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to our agreements with them. Our analytics and advertising services (including the Meta Pixel) use cookies and similar technologies on our website to understand how it is used and to measure our marketing. This applies to our website and web app. The PREYR mobile app contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers; it sends only the first-party usage events described in Section 9.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

User-uploaded audio files are temporarily stored for processing and deleted afterward. AI-generated content is stored according to our Terms of Service.

The PREYR mobile app (powered by CallTuneAI) works with your files on your device:

• Audio files you load into the app are stored locally on your device. When you use features that process or export audio through our service, those files are sent to our servers, used to carry out your request, and then deleted, the same as the web Studio (see our Terms of Service).
• The app records field usage events as part of ordinary use (which sounds you play, stand length, and outcomes you report). Where location is part of these events, it is reduced to a grid of roughly 11 kilometres before storage. You can turn field-event sharing off in the app's settings.
• Content you choose to save is different: pressing the DRT button marks a moment (a kill, a miss, a spot worth remembering) and can record your exact location in your own field record, stored at full precision depending on your plan, as described in our Terms of Service. That record exists for you: it is how features like finding your way back to a spot can work, and how Brain can use what the app holds for you to assist you. Other users cannot see your exact locations.
• Photos and videos you add to a field record are kept on your device, and depending on your plan they can also be backed up to your account, as described in our Terms of Service. Your original stays on your device untouched, and the app does not save to your camera roll.
• The microphone is used only when you tap the voice button to talk to Brain instead of typing. Your phone's own speech recognition turns what you say into text, which means the audio may be handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies, the same as dictation anywhere else on your phone. PREYR does not record, store, or upload that audio. Only the text it produces goes into your message.
• Creating an account requires an email address.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• The app does not use third-party advertising trackers.
