Welcome to CallTuneAI (the "Service"), operated by SaaSAI Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using CallTuneAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms also govern the use of our mobile applications, including the PREYR™ app (powered by CallTuneAI).
CallTuneAI allows users to upload or create audio files, manipulate them using AI-powered tools, and generate outputs ("AI-Generated Content"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Our PREYR™ mobile app also provides field tools, including sound playback, hunt and kill logging, and the Brain™ assistant; these are part of the Service and covered by these Terms. CallTuneAI and PREYR are separate products with their own plans, features, and fees; a subscription or purchase covers only what its posted description includes, and paying for one product does not grant the features of another unless the plan's description says so.
Users agree to the following:
Copyright complaints. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, report it to copyright@calltuneai.com with enough detail for us to locate and assess the content. We may remove or disable access to content in response to a valid complaint, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
To ensure the sustainability and fair operation of CallTuneAI, the following limitations apply:
CallTuneAI is a tool. We provide an audio editing interface, like any other audio editor. You decide what to put into it and what to do with what comes out.
You are responsible for what you upload. You are responsible for the audio you upload and for making sure you have the right to use it. You are responsible for how you use the sounds you create.
We do not store the audio you upload. The audio you put in as source material is used only to process your request; it is not saved to your Library and is not kept afterward. In some of our tools your source audio is processed entirely in your browser; in others it is sent to our servers, used to carry out your request, and then deleted. Either way, we do not keep your uploaded source audio. This is true even if the file you upload was one you created with us before - once you upload it as new source material, it is treated the same way. During processing we may generate and keep our own descriptions and measurements of the sound, but not the uploaded source audio itself.
Use the files you export however you want, including commercial use. We store a copy of the files you export. If you have an account, they are available to you as an archive in your Library. Files in the Library of a free account remain available for 60 days after export; upgrading preserves them. Files in the Library of a paid account remain available while the plan is active, and for 60 days after a paid subscription ends. After that window the file may be removed from your Library, and you may no longer be able to access it there. We may keep a copy of exported files after that to operate, improve, and develop the Service, including training, as described below. Removing a file from your Library, or deleting your account, ends your access to it but does not remove our copies, which we retain and use under the license below, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may use exports and activity to train our AI. By using the Service, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to retain exported files, prompts, creation settings, arrangements, and usage data, and to use them to operate, improve, and develop the Service and our technology, including analytics, testing, and training artificial intelligence and machine learning models - including generative models that create new audio from text or voice instructions. Models trained this way, and their outputs, belong to the Company and may be used across our products and services. Where the Service generates audio from prompts or instructions, similar or identical audio may be generated for other users; your rights cover the files you export, not the underlying models or techniques.
We do not share things about you without your permission. Your exact locations are private to you: other users cannot see them, and we do not use them to point anyone else anywhere. Unless you choose to share it, we do not identify you to other users, reveal your playlists, or tell anyone what you personally played. When you do choose to share, for example a kill photo shared from inside our app, what you share is up to you, and shared content may carry the PREYR™ watermark. What Brain shares on his own is the pattern, not the person: he may tell hunters what kinds of sounds, times, and regions are working, drawn from everyone's results, without naming who, an exact spot, or your name on a track. Your photos, videos, and notes are not shown to other users without your permission, and we do not record or keep audio of your voice. Your spots stay yours.
Photos and videos you save. You own the photos and videos you take, and your camera roll is always yours alone. Adding media to your field record is your choice, and by doing so you grant the Company the same perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license as above: we may store it, learn from it, and use it to operate, improve, and develop the Service. Media stored in the field record may be kept in watermarked form, with the PREYR™ mark applied; shares carry the watermark, and access to unwatermarked versions may depend on your plan. Your media is not shown to other users without your permission.
Brain™ learns from everyone, for everyone. Our apps collect data as you use them, which may include your activity, conditions around your hunts, your general area, images, text notes, and similar information. Brain may use what our apps hold for you to assist you. Brain's goal is to learn collectively from everyone who uses the Service and improve the experience for everyone: what he learns from other hunters helps you, and what he learns from your use helps them, the same way. As Brain learns, everybody benefits.
Credits. Credits, where offered, pay for processing. A credit buys one run of our processing service, for example rendering a playlist into a single seamless track, extracting the audio from a video, or producing a clean untagged export of your own work. You supply the source material and you own the result (see Section 5); the credit pays for the computation and rendering we perform on your behalf, not for the purchase of any content from us. A credit is spent only when the operation completes successfully; if processing fails, the credit stays in your balance. Your credits are one balance on your account regardless of where you bought them. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law; credits purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's terms. Posted prices may change, but credits you already own keep their value in operations.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, together with the rights, licenses, and data grants under them, to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or a change of company or brand name, and these Terms benefit our successors and assigns. Your rights under these Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned without our written consent.
